Our Amber Kaluga Hybrid (Acipenser schrenckii × Huso dauricus) features firm, deep amber pearls with a clean, buttery flavor and a satisfying pop. It's an excellent way to experience true caviar at an approachable price.
Grandeur Osetra (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) features exceptionally large pearls (minimum 3.5 mm) harvested from mature 18–22 year old sturgeon, producing a luxurious texture comparable to prized Beluga. The roe displays a refined color range from grey to gold to platinum. Sustainably farmed in the Netherlands and prepared exclusively for Regalis, this caviar is crafted using traditional Russian and Caspian techniques without borax, pasteurization, or additives, ensuring exceptional purity, consistency, and full traceability from fish to jar.
Our Osetra Royale caviar features buttery pearls with a firm pop, in shades ranging from grey to gold. Its rich, briny flavor makes it a versatile choice—perfect for blinis and bumps.
Our Platinum Osetra (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) is an exceptionally rare selection, with only about 5% of the harvest qualifying for this designation. These large, pale pearls offer a firm texture and layered flavor—nutty, buttery, and finishing with a refined briny note.
Our Two-Tone Osetra (Acipenser gueldenstaedtii) features large, firm pearls with a rich, buttery flavor and impeccably snappy texture. Representing less than 3% of the harvest, this rare selection displays striking dual tones—predominantly gold-platinum with subtle variations across the spectrum—known in Iran as "Salt & Pepper."
