Sour ale 5.6% abv. This beer was designed to be the base for a fruited sour. It's not a gose, or a Berliner, or a floride weirs. It's a simple grain bill soured in the fermenter to a moderate tartness. Just enough to accent the fruit, with an acidity light enough for session enjoyment. Think Crispy Boi with light acidity

Sour Ale 5.6% abv. Binding Circle sour ale aged on peach. This beer was named after an administrative issue came up between the property owner and the city of Tampa when we first opened, nearly causing us to have to close until it was resolved. Fortunately it happened during our off days and left time to remedy before our regular schedule. While we love this beer, and await its return, crowd killing as a dance move will remain 86'd at Deviant Libation

Belgian Wit 5.3% abv. Traditional Belgian wheat beer brewed with chamomile, sweet and bitter orange peel, and coriander

Golden Ale 5.6% abv. Medium-bodied golden ale brewed with pilsner and Munich malts and German noble hops

Robust Porter 5.9% abv. Medium-full-bodied Porter layered with chocolate, caramel, and brown malts

Sour Ale 5.6% abv. Binding Circle aged on cucumber and pink peppercorn

Imperial Red Ale 7.25% abv 65 IBU. Medium-light bodied red ale brewed with copious amounts of modern aromatic hops
