Dough balls can be kept in the fridge for a week. Store pizza disks in the freezer (up to 6 months). If you’re starting with a dough ball: Generously oil your hands and a piece of parchment paper with olive oil. Roll the pizza dough into a 12" circle. You'll want to let them thaw and proof for about an hour on your countertop (no need to proof in a warm oven), or thaw/proof slowly overnight in your fridge. Then, simply bake for an hour at 350F.
