Sardegna • Cantine di Mogoro - Vermentino 100%. 12.5% vol. The taste is soft, savory and lively. Aromas are delicate to fine with nuances ranging from white-fleshed fruit to Sardinian herbs. Pairs well with La Bufalina, La Breasola, Il Mercato & La Vegetariana.
Abbruzo • Illuminati 13.5% vol. Full-bodied, medium dry. Notes of dark fruit, exotic spices, licorice and smoked herbs. Rich in flavor, well-balanced tannins with a lingering licorice note on the finish. Pairs well with La Carbonara, Amatrice & La Milanese.

Puglia • Masca Del Tacco - 100% Primitivo. 13% vol. Red forest fruit with notes of plum, fern and a light balsamic nuance. Intensely fruity with soft tannins, blackberries, raspberries, cranberries and hints of herbs. It complements our entire menu and especially Le Speciali della Casina.
Lazia • Poggio Le Volpi - 50% Montepulciano, 20% Cesanese, 30% Syrah. 14% vol. Full-bodied, dry with red fruit aromas, herbal touches & balsamic note. The minerality of the soil due to the volcano gives an intense aroma and a long, flavorful aftertaste with vanilla and chocolate envelope towards the ending. Soft and balanced pairs well with each of the " La Romana " recipes.
