Pilsner. This ideal example of a traditional German pilsner opens with a gently herbal and spicy hop-laced aroma, a hallmark of the noble Hallertau Tradition hops. This is quickly chased by rich, cracker-like notes from German heirloom Pilsner malt for a fully balanced nose. ABV 4.5%

German Style Hefeweizen. El Hefe Speaks is a traditionally brewed German-style Hefeweizen making this extremely drinkable with the hints of banana and clove on the finish. ABV 5.5%

Hazy IPA. We've formulated a very quaffable Hazy offering that will hit on all the notes that hop heads are looking for. Hopped with Falconers Flight, Amarillo, and Mosaic to a name a few, this beer has have a wonderful aroma of mango, orange, tangerine and Cannabis flower. ABV 5.5%

Robust Porter. The roasted scent of baker's chocolate and a hint of coffee offer a welcoming aroma and flavor to the dark depths of this robust porter. ABV 5%

IPA with Columbus hops. The Corruption IPA opens with pleasant aromas of pine sap, grapefruit and burnt spruce that pay homage to its Northwest inspiration. ABV 6.5%

Double IPA. A hybrid of a New England Hazy IPA and a filtered American IPA showcasing experimental hops and hop products for a unique drinking experience. Dry hopped with El Dorado, Mosaic and Sabro Cryo hops. ABV 8%

Pale Ale. Brewed in the classic American Pale Ale style, The Public Pale Ale emits a pleasing and heavy floral aroma accented by mild citrus notes introduced by Centennial hops supported by sufficiently balanced malt backbone. ABV 6%

Black Cherry Hard Seltzer. ABV 5%

Grapefruit Hard Seltzer. ABV 5%

This Golden Sour is in the style of the Lambic family - tart, bright with oak notes this is a sour that is sure to delight.

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Maketto, TukTuk was inspired by the world-renowned lagers of Asia that utilize rice as part of their recipes. Tuk Tuk is a very approachable lager with minimal hop flavor and a refreshingly light body coupled with lively carbonation. ABV 4.5% 12 OZ.

THIS IS 2021 VARIENT SINGLE. Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Wake Up In The Future is an imperial stout aged in bourbon barrels for 10 months. A concentrated nose of raisins, orange marmalade, and blackstrap molasses give way to a palate of roasted cacao, malted milk balls, and decadent dutch chocolate interspersed through layers of toffee and vanilla. ABV 15.5%. 16 OZ can.
