From loaded, Mission-style burritos to bowls, salads, nachos, quesadillas and—of course—their signature queso, Illegal Pete’s is all about handmade food crafted with responsibly-sourced, high-quality ingredients. They also keep a full bar and a wide selection of local craft beer to keep the good times rolling.
Postino Boulder elicits whimsey and nostalgia with an art wall featuring hundreds of pairs of reclaimed roller skates – a nod to a scene in the early ‘70s and ‘80s “Mork & Mindy” sitcom when Robin Williams’ character roller skates down the pedestrian Pearl Street Mall. The space and menu are harmoniously balanced with sophistication and creativity in order to create the perfect space for a night out, a gathering with friends, or a quick lunch during the work day.
Home of the Fat Albert, The Attic Bar & Bistro is one of Boulder's longest standing watering holes. Grab a pint and watch the game!
Head across the street to the historic West End Tavern for some Colorado craft beer & BBQ. The Tavern is housed in one of the oldest buildings of Boulder, dating back to 1906 when it housed Boulder’s Police Station. Head up to the rooftop to take in the stellar Flatiron views.
So many guests have become friends. It's truly amazing! I get to watch guests' little ones grow up right before my eyes. A day at the studio never feels like work.
