Beat Box Farms yields up to 2.5 acres of farmland annually, and has the capability to grow 7,800 plants at the same time.

It is a 320 sq ft vertical hydroponic farm housed in an upcycled shipping container that can grow food for our restaurants 365 days a year!

Our farm is situated behind Vital Root, in the heart of Denver.

Besides being able to invest in a truly sustainable, self-contained, and organic farm, it lets us serve incredibly fresh & delicious greens and herbs at all 5 of our restaurants. And by filtering and recycling water, ‘FarmBox Foods’ patented vertical hydroponic systems use 99% less water than traditional farms. And because no pesticides, insecticides or fertilizers are used, we don’t contribute to groundwater contamination.
