Ristorante del Lago's private dining room provides an intimate atmosphere for an exclusive fine dining experience. Exposed wood beams, custom millwork, and a view of the 2,000-bottle wine room create a rustic yet sophisticated ambiance. Perfect for small groups of up to 12 guests.

Summit's private dining room features two large, round tables that can accommodate up to 11 guests each, for a total of 22. Additionally, a semi-private table is available for parties between seven and 11 guests, with specialized menu selections required for larger parties.
