This is our answer to a Chile Beer. A Cream ale base with copious amounts of corn adjunct, salsa, green chiles, jalapenos, Lime, and Salt.
ABV 6.0% | Adding coconut to the fermenter, a subtle coconut flavor is imbued into our brown ale.
ABV 7.0% | Citra and Amarillo hops are at the forefront of flavor and aroma. Orange and tropical notes like passion fruit and mango permeate the palette. However, at 7% ABV, the malt backbone is enough to help balance the 70 IBUS of bitterness.
ABV 5.6% | Originally produced by ale brewers to compete with American lagers of the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Canada. It's been known as the original "lawn mower" beer. Clean, refreshing and easy to drink with a little more character than your typical American lager.
ABV 5.5% | An "easy drinker". Caramel malt flavors balance a subtle dry roastiness creating a nearly crisp finish with a hint of roast that lingers pleasantly on the palette.
ABV 5.0% | Roasted and caramel malts with the smooth silkiness of oats create a coffee and cream flavor. Usually the roasted malts create a somewhat acrid finish. However, in this version, the finish is much smoother than one would expect.
A Flemish style sour. It is mildly sour with a nice malty finish
We've taken our Classically brewed Belgian Witbier and hopped it up with Citra and Amarillo hops. To provide balance, we made the malt backbone much stronger to support those extra hops. The flavors are like a wit, a subtle yet unmistakable orange peel and coriander combo along with a mild belgian yeast profile. However, those extra hops take the driver's seat and toss the rest of the flavors in the backseat. Those classic wit flavors act to complement the hops and bitterness instead of providing their usual dominant role in this beer.
ABV 5.5% | The easy drinking and highly refreshing aspects of this American Wheat Beer are accented by the infusion of Apricots. A cousin to the Weizen beers of Germany, the American version has a cleaner yeast character which allows the doughy and grainy flavors of the wheat to come through. The Apricot provides a nice complement to an already great tasting beer.
ABV 7.0% | A smooth and easy drinking golden ale that is similar to a lager. Having very subdued esters and light spicy phenols, it is a bit more complex than its American counterpart. Pilsner malt and Noble-type hops lend themselves to a soft grainy malt profile. The finish is somewhat crisp; almost a bit dry where the hops and malt nearly balance each other out.
ABV 10.0% | A complex blend of rich malt and dark fruit flavors. The malt flavors are richly bready and deep caramel that marry into the raisin and plum-like dark esters. At over 10 percent ABV, it remains deceptively light and smooth. This beer is like James Bond: complex, rich, smooth, but dangerous.
ABV 7.2% | A rich malt profile with hints of caramel and chocolate. Raisin and plum-like esters add to the complexity. Subtle spicy notes from the Belgian yeast and Styrian Goldings hops balance out the malts enough to leave a moderately dry finish. The effervescent carbonation makes the beer Taste great!" and be "less filling!"

ABV 5.5% | Considered a "session" type of style, this is a very balanced beer with a mild yeast character despite its Belgian origins. It has a strong malt character that is biscuity and lightly toasty. However, the hop profile is quite bitter which leads to a nicely balanced beer. The finish is crisp to slightly dry.
ABV 9.5% | A pale and spicy Trappistype ale. A soft and grainy malt character supports the floral hop bitterness to produce a dry finish. Esters and phenols are complex in this one with Citrusy notes and some peppery spice-like phenols. The interplay between the yeast character, hops, malt and alcohol is what makes this beer different. As with all Trappist ales, smooth and deceptive ABV are among the chief characteristics.
ABV 5.1% | This recently revived classic wheat-based style from the 14th century features orange zest and coriander as the main flavor components. A traditional witbier yeast completes this classic style.
ABV 6.0% | Lightly chocolatey malt with mild toast-like melanoidins help balance a nutty caramel flavor. The subtle aroma and flavor of the famous East Kent Golding hop provide a great counterpoint to this fantastic malt profile.
ABV 6.0% | Chai seasonings such as cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and clove mingle with lightly chocolatey malt and mild toast-like melanoidins. The nutty caramel flavor complements the Chai flavors nicely in this beer.
ABV 5.0% | Originally brewed on the West Coast during the Gold Rush Era as a "Steam" Beer. A lager yeast was used at a warmer temperature in an open fermenter to take advantage of the cooler San Francisco climate. Woodsy Northern Brewer hops are showcased along with a firm caramelly and toasted malt backbone.
ABV 6.0% | Fresh cucumber aromas jump out of the glass in this one! A light and crisp cream ale showcases the cucumber perfectly. Usually known as a "lawn mower" beer, the cucumber infusion elevates this to something more.
ABV 5.3% | This is the highly refreshing and effervescent wheat beer like those found in Germany. Sometimes known as a "hefeweizen" in the US. We use a traditional yeast to produce banana esters and clove phenols that dominate the delicate grainy and doughy wheat flavors. The wheat imparts a creaminess that offsets the spritzy finish.
ABV 4.0% | A light-bodied creamy wheat beer. It's a revived Polish beer style that features a while wheat malt smoked with oak. The wheat lends a sultry smoke character that is much milder than your classic "rauchbier." The resultant flavor is reminiscent of oolong tea.
ABV 6.0% | Lightly chocolatey malt with mild toast-like melanoidins help balance a nutty caramel flavor. The hazelnut not only enhances the "nuttiness", but provides a great complement to the brown ale base.
ABV 5.1% | Delicately balanced. A subtle aroma of apple and pear gives way to a soft yet attenuated malt character. Mild hop flavor fills in to create a delicately crisp and highly refreshing finish.
ABV 5.2% | The traditional style of beer from Düsseldorf. "All" means old in German and refers to the "old" style of brewing which uses ale yeasts rather than the more modern cold fermenting lager yeasts. Although, its characteristics are very similar to lagers. A clean and complex maltiness of rich baked bread dominates with some restrained noble hop usage to balance. The finish is fairly crisp with a little dryness from the hops.
ABV 6.0% | The traditional pumpkin spices of nutmeg, cinnamon, and clove along with actual pumpkin give this beer the taste and feel of an autumn day. The toasty and chocolatey malt flavors marry well with those of the pumpkin and spices. The finish is semi-crisp due to more neutral hops that allow the spices and pumpkin to shine.
ABV 6.0% | A raspberry infusion acts as a great counterpoint to the chocolatey and toasted malt flavors in this beer.
ABV 5.0% | Named after the Gose river in Germany near Leipzig, this style dates back to over a thousand years. It's a tart and fruity wheat ale not quite enough to be called a sour. We enhance the fruitiness with an infusion of raspberries, which complements the tartness nicely.
