Prepared in the koicha style, this matcha preparation is made with only 1 oz of water and twice the standard matcha portion. Koicha resembles a thick paste and is made with only 1 ounce of water. We do not recommend adding milk or honey to this matcha.

Every Monday we hope you will join us for $3 Matcha Wakatake at the bar. Available hot or iced, our Matcha Monday is served neat (without any milk) and is not applicable to Lattes, Special-tea Matchas, Matcha Tonics, or our Organic Matcha. Matcha Monday is only available to stay, seated at the bar or on our patio during summer months.
