Wild Ale w/ Honey and Yarrow 5.7% - A beautiful full bodied funky beer with local wildflower honey and yarrow aged for 16 moons in Sonoma chard barrel. Fermented with wild Tahoe yeast and aged to perfection.
Ale with a generous splash of lemonade 2.9% - Lemony Baysong with a splash of our house-made sparkling lemonade. The perfect Autumn refresher.
Evergreen Juicy IPA 6.3% - California blue juniper berries layered on an intense Citra dry hop. Juicy citrus and berry with delicate aroma and flavor notes of pine and forest. A soft and pillowy base beer married to a fresh spring hike through the forest.
Table Beer with lacto fermented lemons and foraged bay leaf 3.2% - A delicate dry hop of New Zealand grown Motueka, lending notes of fresh citrus and gentle tropical fruit. We then layered in organic, lacto-fermented, estate-grown Meyer lemons for a bright, zingy lift, and finished with a whisper of foraged bay leaf from the Tahoe Forest.
Barrel Aged Black Lager with spruce 5.4% - Luscious black lager brewed with the finest caramel and roast malts and kissed with foraged spruce tips. Cold conditioned in a neutral puncheon for 6 months. smooth, toasty, and rich.
Foraged Apple Cider 8.1% - Foraged apples from Sierra Valley, barrel fermented using the French method. Crisp, brut, refreshing and dry.
