All customers/participant who enter the ice surface and participate must pay a fee AND check in at the front desk before your scheduled program.

Practices can become closed to the public or canceled without notice.

All practices are open to the public. Please make sure to only sit in designated areas and enter through the East Tech CU Arena entrance.

Banned for 60 days for participating without paying.

Coaches giving lessons to unpaid customers will be suspended or terminated.

Banned for life from all Sharks Ice facilities for a second offense.
