Rotating Local Sparkling - Please check the chalkboard for our current featured local sparkling wine. Paul J Blanc de Blanc - Bright and elegant with notes of lemon zest, green apple, and subtle brioche. Crisp acidity, fine bubbles, and a refreshing, mineral-driven finish. Karmere Almond - This local favorite has flavors of toasted almonds, pear and caramel with a creamy, soft finish.

Gloria Ferrer Brut - The bouquet with pear aroma distinguishes it from other sparkling wines. The fruity aroma lends it an initial effervescence which culminates in a lingering, creamy effect. Roederer Estate Brut - The fruit flavors are apparent, fresh and lively in this medium-bodied, beautifully balanced brut. Light pear and pineapple aromas. Mumm Napa Cuvee M - Blend of 48% Chardonnay, 43% Pinot Noir, 6% Pinot Gris and 3% Pinot Meunier. Well developed layers of orange blossom, lemon and pear.

Pommery Brut Royal - Peach, lemon, grapefruit, biscuit and some honey on the nose. Creamy and round with a juicy, peachy and lightly off-dry palate. Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut - The striking freshness and vivacity of the floral and fruity fragrances take root, before giving way to subtle notes of vanilla and butter. Louis Roederer Brut 245 - The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes complete the wine's broad, luscious, smooth and juicy character.

Vilarnau Cava Brut (Spain) - This cava is complex on the nose offering primary aromas of fresh bright fruit with some citrus notes and white flowers. Faire La Fete Brut Cremant (France) - This wine is golden in color with vibrant aromas and flavors of baked apple, white cherry and lemon meringue with a prominent yet delicate mousse. Huber Rose' (Austria) - Fresh and very animating nose, fruit and spice with hints of fresh cherries and forest berries, a sophisticated note of citrus.

Freixenet Rose - Fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with remaining natural sugar. Notes of fresh red berries and underlying hints of ripe fruit and a hint of white flowers and apples. Rustico Prosecco - Golden-apple and fragrant white spring-flower aromas are front and center. Freixenet Prosecco - Lively effervescence and fresh aromas of citrus, apple and flowers. Clean and fresh on the palate with tones of ripe lemon, green apple and grapefruit.
