This wheat dominant hefeweizen was fermented on the cooler side to limit the banana esters and amplify the essence of clove spice-like phenolics. 4.5%

Our flagship West Coast IPA 6% abv. Crisp and brightly hopped with enough bitterness to jog your memory back to the IPA's of the Y2K's. 6%

Hazy IPA brewed with Mosaic and Rakau hops. 5.8%

Double Hazy IPA brewed with Mosaic and Nugget hops. 7.4%

West Coast IPA brewed with Nectaron and Simcoe hops. 6%

Mixed fermented sour that has been aging for over a year creating a funk forward sour with great fruit flavor balance. This batch features curuba (a type of passionfruit often referred to as banana passionfruit). 6.9%

German Style Pilsner that is light and crispy with a light hint of malty grain and subtle hops. 4.8%

Tart, dry, and refreshingly fruit forward kettle sour brewed with raspberries, tangerine, and pineapple. 6.8%

Dragonfruit, pineapple, and guava make this batch of seltzer pop with a flavor that is only outdone by its color. 6%
