Japanese-inspired cocktails and highballs built around ingredients found in the sushi, with a selection of rare whiskies and non-alcoholic options.

Roughly a dozen pieces of nigiri alongside seasonal appetizers and dessert, fish sourced largely from Japan, finished with nikiri, yuzu kosho or fresh ginger.

A dark, intimate space lined with wood, black tile, and a glowing wall of rare whiskies, closer to a sophisticated Tokyo cocktail lounge than a traditional sushi-ya.
