Please double-check your order before checking out to ensure you have selected all the items you’d like and that your pick-up/delivery time is correct. Once you have fully checked out, we cannot accommodate any changes to your order.

All Delivery is fulfilled by a third-party courier automatically assigned through our point-of-sale provider, Square. Pizza Supreme Being does not select, manage, or oversee the delivery personnel. IT IS NOT A PIZZA SUPREME BEING EMPLOYEE. By choosing delivery, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with this service. Once your order leaves our shop, we are no longer responsible for its handling, condition, or successful delivery. We strongly encourage and prefer you pickup. No refunds will be issued for delivery orders. We cannot issue refunds for any issues that occur after the order has left our possession. Failed or late deliveries are not eligible for refunds. All delivery fees and additional charges are set by and paid to the third-party courier, not Pizza Supreme Being. Delivery is offered purely for your convenience, but it is not our preferred method of service. For the best experience, again we strongly encourage pickup.

Double-check your pick-up time before placing your order. Your selected pick-up time is subject to change based on our availability. If we need to adjust your pick-up time, we will contact you to arrange a new time or offer a refund at your request. No refunds on fulfilled orders. If your pizza is made and ready at your scheduled time, we cannot issue a refund.
