1/2 Dozen and Full-Dozen orders are available hot or cold. From Nov. 1 to March 15, Tamales for Catering should be ordered at least 24 hours in advance. From March 16 to October 31, Tamales orders for catering should be ordered with at least 48 hours in advance. Tamales are served with Salsa, Crema Mexicana, and Queso Fresco.
