Step 1: Select potato base (Russet potato, peppers and onions OR Sweet potato, peppers and onions). Step 2: Pick a protein (Shredded chicken, Ham, Applewood bacon, Sage sausage, or Veggie sausage). Step 3: Add veggies & cheese (Mushrooms, Spinach, Diced tomatoes, Corn, Avocado, Cheddar cheese, Pepper Jack). Step 4: Top with eggs any style. Step 5: Smother with (Hollandaise, Fire roasted salsa, or Salsa verde)
