Westside Water is a locally-distilled small-batch bourbon. Served with fresh lemon juice, California honey, and a splash of ginger juice over ice.

Our vodka is infused for a minimum of two weeks with Mutari cacao nibs. We add a few drops of vanilla syrup, and the magic is all for you!

Family-owned Banhez Mezcal is made the traditional way. the more we learn about this distillery, the more we like it.

We infuse our locally-blended gold rum with organic raspberries, and Mutari cacao nibs. Served quite chilled with a splash of vanilla syrup and organic raspberries

We infuse organic espresso beans from Alta Coffee Roasters in our locally-made vodka for at least two months, and then add a mini-splash of vanilla syrup to make this a well-balanced cocktail. You choose it with or without a splash of cream.

So popular in the 1970s among beachcombers, the Mai Tai is a bomb boasting 4 ounces of alcohol. Golden rum, curacao, and a splash of passion fruit juice are topped off with a shot of dark rum to make this drink unforgettable.

Fresh squeezed lime juice, Arette Blanco tequila, passion fruit juice, and a squirt of agave syrup make this our most popular cocktail.

We infuse our tequila with these flavorful smoky chipotles for over a month. Adding caramelized pineapple makes this fresh-lime margarita balanced and flavorful.
