6.5% ABV- Barrel Aged Black Lager. Primarily composed of our first batch of Blind Corner, with a little Siklòn Stout (which was a lager!) added for body and depth. Bourbon Barrels were selected from Pacific and Waterfront Distilling, which add delightful notes of vanilla and toast to the beer.
6.3% ABV - West Coast IPA. This crisp West Coast IPA is bursting with abundant hop aromas tracking to blood orange, blueberry and dank tropicality. A bit of malty sweetness balances the crunchy bitterness, and pulls out a bit of mandarin flesh.
5.6% ABV NZ Pils. Pale crisp pilsner malt sets a snappy base for a new experimental New Zealand hop variety - NZH 109. A little of our house Mosaic amplifies the dank notes.
5.1% ABV - A mostly classic take on the German pils style with firm bitterness and a crisp malt body. The primary hop flavor is delivered by Saphir, a newer German noble-style hop that combines classic German hop spice with some notes of light citrus and white tea.
8% Hazy DIPA - Our first foray into Hazy Double IPAs. Anchovy hops (they have nothing to do with the fish!) bring a character of sweet hard watermelon candy, which we balance with select American and NZ Hops. Super tropical! In collaboration with Humble Sea Brewing Co.
5.5% ABV Dark Lager. Dark Lager with mildly lush notes of Ecuadorian cacao differentiate ours from a traditional German Dunkel, while rich melanoidins balance any sharper notes from the roasted malts. Floor-malted German pilsner malt adds some crisp balancing cracker notes.
6.5% ABV - Our signature Hazy IPA is a showcase for a blend of the dankest, most tropical-forward Southern Hemisphere hops, and the most modern hops coming out of the Pacific Northwest. Berry and stone fruit notes mingle with bright citrus and crushed indica. Malt flavors are light, but add a bit of body.
3.2% ABV - Malt forward British-style ale featuring rich, toasty malt aromas cut with a bit of darker roast element. The rye adds a bit of palate density, as well as some earthy spice that we bounce off of the Golding hops.
5.6% West Coast Pale Ale - Parkway Pale is a throwback to 90’s era pale ale, featuring dank, resinous CTZs and a malt profile enhanced with aromatic dark Munich malt, and given a bit of sweetness and body from lo-color caramel malt.
4.5% ABV Industrial Lager. Our take on the American lager style, featuring a touch more spicy hop presence than the norm, complemented with a clean palate and dry finish. 16oz $6
4.2% ABV Fruited Ale. Pop Art is a hybrid ale with elements of fruited seltzer and blonde ale. The Sicilian Lemon aromatics blend with blood orange for a lovely but sharp aroma and fruit flavour along with a blush color.
3.8% ABV Hyper Light Lager- Clean and crisp brew featuring bright malt flavors and a kick of lemon-lime tropicality from the Early harvest Motueka hops. Superbly crushable.
7.3% ABV - Dank West Coast IPA, briskly hopped with classic PacNW varieties (CTZ and Comet), enhanced with some of our favorites from New Zealand (Riwaka and Nelson). The Pils/Pale ale malt blend adds a bit of light toast without getting too sweet, and the English ale yeast brings a touch of fruity ester (which - let’s be real - you can’t taste through the cutty-ass hops). 7.5% ABV: Our latest Seltzer is inspired by the classic Arnold Palmer - a hybrid of iced tea and lemonade. We took it on a ride with some extra booziness that we like to call a John Daly.
9% Belgian Tripel - This is our first foray into brewing strong, Belgian-style beers. Tripels are strong ales with a lean malt body, characterful yeast flavors (tending towards spicy phenolics and fruity esters), and a firm but not overwhelming hop flavor and bitterness.
6.5% ABV West Coast IPA - We combined a new, Belgian pilsner malt (called Ultra Pils! How could we not??) with a hop bill that leans deeply into dank tropicality and heavy Indica aromatics. The pilsner malt gives the whole thing a nice crisp finish to go along with the sweeter fruit notes.
6.4% ABV - Mango Hazy IPA. We hit our newest Hazy IPA with mango purée to perfectly compliment the lush hop aromatics and soft body. The purée adds a light tang to the finish, balancing the initial sweet flavors.
7.5% ABV Saison- Traditional Saison brewed with Belgo-Pil malt and 25% Wheat Malt, and given further spiciness with a blend of bitter orange peels, coriander, and grains of paradise.
