Classic, cool, crisp lemon-lime flavored taste that's caffeine free
Black label is a pure rice selection with a great balance of acidity with dry finish. Aroma has a hint of white flowers and banana. Aya series were brewed with locally grown Yume San Sui and the King of sake rice Yamada Nishiki. Preferred temperature for this sake is 65-72F (Little chilled to room temp) to enjoy full characteristics of the sake. Great pairing with Nagoya Karaage, and Miso ramen.
Beshock owner and a sake sommelier Ayaka Ito created 3 labels of Aya Sake. All of the sake were brewed by Sekiya Brewery in her hometown Aichi, Japan. Aya blue has a hint of lychee, green apple and pear. Pairs really well with sushi and carpaccio dish.
