Strawberry | Cream | Dark Chocolate. This gelato is made with 10 lbs of strawberries, blended into a cream base and folded together with dark chocolate.

Butter | Salt | Vanilla. Smooth, rich, and a little savory. Really, it's just plain good and pairs well with anything.

Chocolate | Peanut Butter | Condensed Milk | Honey. A collaboration with OB Noodle House and inspired by their peanut butter whiskey (Skrewball), this double dark chocolate (70%) gelato has ribbons of a peanut butter swirl consisting of organic peanut butter, condensed milk, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

Butterscotch | Date Sponge Cake | Pecan. Inspired by sticky toffee pudding popular in the United Kingdom, this gelato combines a homemade butterscotch from brown sugar, butter, vanilla, and cream with a date sponge cake made with Medjool dates, molasses, vanilla, and chopped pecans all mixed into a vanilla and molasses gelato base.

Vietnamese Coffee. We source our coffee from Saigon Coffee in North Park. This will taste just like a classic Vietnamese coffee—freshly brewed coffee with sweetened condensed milk and cream. using the same technique they developed in their small town in Vietnam, it takes about four hours to brew a batch of their Famous Saigon Coffee using a proprietary blend of beans.

Pistachio | Passion Fruit & Raspberry Caramel. In collaboration with Ocean Beach staple Azúcar, this gelato starts by making a fresh a pistachio butter, then blending into gelato before adding in additional crushed pistachios for texture and Azucar's famous passion fruit and raspberry caramel.

Strawberry. With over 12 pounds of strawberries per batch, this one redefines what a sorbet should be.
