Wheat Ale with Cara Cara Orange & Yuzu - 5% The Captain assured us, "It's only a little weather.” Brewed with Cara Cara orange and yuzu, this sun-faded, slightly unhinged, but surprisingly seaworthy Wheat Ale wanders straight into the squall with a smile. Waves of sweet orange and citrus blossom crash into yuzu's electric zip of lemon-lime and grapefruit. Velvety layers of wheat keeps things calm below deck while a thirst-quenching finish leaves you ready for whatever questionable nautical decision comes next. You won't end up in St. Croix, but that island just to the left of it looks promising.
