House rotated Hazy IPA. Del Cielo. Martinez. 7.0%. Don Laco is a family name here at 5 Tacos and in the Saldana family. We honor his name and memory with this weekly changed beer.

Hazy Pale Ale, New Glory, Sacramento, 5.8% ABV. It's made with a balance of wheat, oats, and brewer's 2-row barley, and then dry hopped with Citra and Amarillo hops. The beer has notes of sweet candied pineapple and fruit, similar to gummy candies

West Coast IPA, Ghost Town, Oakland, 7.0% ABV. IPA brewed with Citra, Centennial, & Simcoe hops. Classic West Coast Style IPA. Grapefruit, Dank, Hoppy, and full bodied.

West Coast Double IIPA, Altamont, Livermore, 8.7% ABV. Made with 100% Mosaic hops and 2-row malt, and has a 9% ABV. The beer has a crystal-clear appearance, a medium body, and moderate carbonation. It has a slight bitterness, and a big aroma and flavor of melon, mango, pineapple, and guava. The term "juicy" in beer refers to the aroma and taste, which is reminiscent of fruit juice, typically citrus or stone fruit. Hops: Citra

Hazy Double IIPA Fruited W/ Guava, King Cong, Sacramento, 9.0% ABV. La Xingona is a 9% ABV double hazy New England-style India Pale Ale (IPA) from King Cong Brewing Company in California. It has notes of tropical stone fruits and guava, and a dry finish. This beer is actually brewed with Guavas, so it is an adjunct beer with Guava.

West Coast IPA. Alvarado Street, Monterey, 6.9%. Three time GABF medal winner, including gold in 2018! Our drier, decidedly "tropical" IPA that's light on bitterness, but heavy on hop aroma, courtesy of 100% Mosaic hops. One whiff and you get super intense notes of passion fruit, mango, and lychee.

Hazy IPA, Side Gate, Concord. 6.8%. Not quite a hazy, not quite a West Coast, but somewhere in between. Satisfying and complex tropical aromas; unripe mango and fresh pineapple. Citra, Mosaic, Idaho #7 hops

Hazy IPA, Original Pattern, Oakland, 6.8% ABV. Summertime sippin' is a haze you never wanna snap out of, so get in those last sips of it with "Sunny Haze." Kick back, soak it up, and get carried away in bright aromas of lemon and lime, complemented with notes of pineapple, stone fruit, and pine. Hops: El Dorado, NZ Waimea, NZ Motueka

West Coast Pale Ale, Faction, Alameda. 5.8%. Pale ale dry hopped with Mosaic & Ekuanot. Faction Brew-staff favorite!

Belgian Witbier, Laughing Monk, San Francisco. 5.4%. Irreverent Wit is a fresh, enlightening example of a Belgian classic. As soon as you draw in this effervescent and creamy, Belgian-style White Ale, you will be transported to a golden sea of tall, dry wheat moving in the wind. This beer is perfectly balanced with subtle flavors of banana and bread, accented by the black peppercorn on the tip of your tongue and finishing with light notes of spice and a dry, yeast character.

Saison, Cuver, Santa Rosa, 5.0% ABV. As most of you know already this one of a kind brew provides people with a pleasant citrusy and botanical bouquet and dry refreshing finish which is unmatched by any other brew. American Porter, Barrel Brothers, Windsor. 7%. "A Dark beer for people who don't like dark beers."Dark Sarcasm is loaded with notes of chocolate, mocha and vanilla. The finish is surprisingly smooth for a full flavored dark beer!

Black Lager, Oakland United, Oakland, 5.3%. 2022 Great American Beer Festival (GABF) (R) Silver Medal winning beer in the German Dark Lager category. This is our tribute to a classic German Schwarzbier. Don't let the color of this beer fool you, it's light on the palate and full of flavor. Notes of coffee and roast with enough German noble hops to round out the malt profile. 5.3% ABV.

Rice Lager, Berryessa, Winters, 5.0%. An easy drinking lager brewed with 25% puffed jasmine rice and layered to perfection. Goes down so easy it'll be gone before you know it.

West Coast (Hoppy) Pilsner, Barebottle, San Francisco, 5.3% ABV. Two punches of powerful plants, this double dry hopped (DDH) Pilsner is fruit and pine-forward, featuring nine hops from several different hop hauses.

Mexican Amber Lager, Urban Roots, Sacramento, 5.3% ABV. Vienna/Mexican Amber Lager brewed with Weyermann(R) Pils, Vienna and Caramunich malts. Smooth easy drinking amber lager. Means Honeymoon named in honor of the head brewers wedding

Mexican Lager, Del Cielo, Martinez, 5.0%. House Mexican Lager. This traditional Mexican style beer celebrates Hispanic heritage with its light body and crisp finish. We used Saaz hops for a soft bitterness that brings an aroma of herbs and spice

Mexican Lager, Original Pattern, Oakland, 5.2% ABV. It's impossible to find a beer that EVERYone enjoys, but this flaked corn Mexican Lager is a respectable effort. This chico crujiente (crispy boy) is light, clean, and suuuuper crispy. NOTES: Crisp, clean, light, refreshing Brewed with flaked corn!

American Pilsner, Berryessa, Winters 5.8% ABV. Pours clear bright yellow with a crisp bitter finish. Made with only the best pilsner malt that perfectly rounds out the huge hop aroma from select noble hops. Hops: Nobel

Hefeweizen, Headlands, Lafayette, 4.9% ABV. Hawk Hill follows a traditional German Hefeweizen grain bill (50% wheat) with a bit of rye tossed in to draw out the pepper and spice notes from the light hopping schedule. Light, crisp, and refreshing, Hawk Hill will bring out the sun, no matter the weather.
