Twin Peaks

Entries will be accepted online starting on November 4, 2019 at 10am CST and ending on December 6, 2019 at 11:59 PM CST. Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified.

Twin Peaks Restaurant is not responsible for problems with Contest entries including lost or late entries even if due to negligence.

This Contest is governed by U.S. laws. Disputes shall be resolved individually before a court in Texas.

This Contest is open to those who enter to win at https://www.instagram.com/twinpeaksrestaurants/ or https://www.facebook.com/twinpeaksrestaurant/ and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States, and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Twin Peaks Restaurant and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

The Contest must be entered by submitting a comment on the Giveaway entry announcement post, tagging two Instagram users, and by following Twin Peaks Restaurant on Instagram or liking on Facebook. Each comment with two tags counts as one entry. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

Winners must provide identification and may pick up prizes at the specified Twin Peaks Restaurant location or have them mailed.

Entrants agree to release Twin Peaks and its associated parties from liability related to the Contest and any prizes.

Participants guarantee that they own the copyright and all other proprietary rights in any materials submitted. Unauthorized use could lead to legal action for which the Participant agrees to indemnify Twin Peaks Restaurant.

Winners receive one of three prizes: the Man Cave Brew Bundle, The Game Day Bundle, or The Peaks Bundle. Expenses related to prizes are the Winners' responsibility.

By entering this Contest, Participants agree that Twin Peaks has the right to use the content and personal information for promotional purposes without limitation.

Twin Peaks reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest due to various causes affecting proper conduct.

Winners will be selected by random drawing and notified via Facebook or Instagram direct message within 7 days following selection.
