Italian-style Pilsner. ABV: 4.6% IBU: 20. The first light lager we ever brewed! Noodlin' is a dry-hopped lager with floral notes and a grassy, herbal aroma. A well-balanced, easy-drinking light lager.
Cream Ale with orange puree and vanilla bean. ABV: 6.8% IBU: 15. Available late Summer. The Orange Cream Ale is a traditional Cream Ale brewed with orange zest and vanilla bean. Easy drinking with notes of orange, vanilla, cream and fruit pops it's an ode to the last days of summer. Enjoy with good friends and sunny days.
Barrel Aged Belgian-style Tripel with fruit added. ABV: 10% IBU: 28. Available early Summer. We take our T-Rex Tripel, add the freshest Ozark grown peaches we can find, add peach puree, and put them down for a nice long winter nap in bourbon and wine barrels. Notes of candied peach, oak, vanilla, and stone fruit.
American Blonde Ale. ABV: 4.7% IBU: 8. Light, fruity, crisp, bready and refreshing. Our lightest offering has pleasant juicy fruit notes and a fresh bread character. Crisp, refreshing and drinkable.
Noodlin' - India Pale Ale with coffee. ABV: 5.5% IBU: 60. Available Fall. Notes of roast coffee, milk chocolate, mulling spice, berries, fruit and toast. An IPA brewed with Eight Nineteen's Ethiopia Worka coffee beans. A unique blend of delightful roast coffee pairs with distinct American hop profile.
