Final guest headcount is due 2-3 business days prior to the scheduled event.

A $200 deposit is due at the time of booking, refundable up to 7 days before the event. A 50% refund is available if canceled 4-6 days before the event. Nonrefundable for cancellations less than 4 days prior.
