Instructions
- Combine dried tarragon and white wine in a large skillet over Medium-High heat.
- Add salmon to the skillet and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to Low, cover, and simmer 5-8 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Using a slotted spoon, remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- Add whipping cream to the skillet and blend well.
- Add frozen vegetables and pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Cover and cook over Medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Break or cut salmon into 1-inch pieces and discard skin.
- Add salmon pieces to the cooked vegetables and pasta and gently stir to combine.
- Cover and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
