Instructions

  1. Combine dried tarragon and white wine in a large skillet over Medium-High heat.
  2. Add salmon to the skillet and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to Low, cover, and simmer 5-8 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  4. Using a slotted spoon, remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add whipping cream to the skillet and blend well.
  6. Add frozen vegetables and pasta to the skillet and mix well.
  7. Cover and cook over Medium heat for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender, stirring occasionally.
  8. Break or cut salmon into 1-inch pieces and discard skin.
  9. Add salmon pieces to the cooked vegetables and pasta and gently stir to combine.
  10. Cover and cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
  11. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
